Quarter Finals 3 & 4 - Barcelona Vs Arsenal (2-2)

I wonder why the brit clubs have a week defenders and good goal keepers, with out Alumina the gunners would have been a couple or more down.... first ten min's Barca was attacking and the gunners were put on the defence till around 20 mins of play. By then Barca read 6-0 shots on target. then time and again Arsenal started to attack but could not convert any thing...

then at the start of the second half within a few mins the once shabby looking Ibramovic scored twice in between 12 min's. With this Walcott the Englishman was brought in by Wenger and that made a difference in the Gunners approach with counter attacks and Walcott with the assistance of Bendtner scored in the 70 min. Barca did try to pull one off but again Almunia stopped a good solo by Messi. Later a meeky foul by Puyol inside the D-line who was sent out with a red card and the gunners were awarded with a penalty which was later converted by Fabergas into a goal in the 82 min.

the final results 2-2 gunners go to camp nou with a upper hand nxt week.

the other side Inter Milan - CSKA Moscow (1-0)...

till nxt week then folks....

Injured in loss to Bayern Munich

Football experts say,
In the long run, this is the most telling image to come out of the Allianz Arena in Munich on Tuesday. It might not have been Ivica Olic's delighted celebration of his game-winning goal for Bayern Munich but Manchester United's forward dejectedly being helped off the field.

The England striker, who had given United the lead only 64 seconds into the European Champions League first-leg quarterfinal, turned his right ankle in the second minute of stoppage time just before Olic scored to give Bayern a 2-1 victory.

One of the most prolific strikers in the world this season, matching Barcelona and Argentina forward Lionel Messi almost goal for goal. United's hopes of winning both the English Premier League and Champions League titles also depend on him. He is......????

what you would have guessed by now is correct.

Enjoy Football, Enjoy Champions League!!!!

Quarter Finals 1 & 2 - Bayern Munich Vs Man.United (2-1)

We are back.... and with a match against two of the best teams to start off with.

First half started with excitement 2' a free kick of Nani from the corner, deflection of Van Bommel and the defender misses track of Rooney and Rooney dabs it into the net, no chance for Butt.. after this when ever Man.U attack problem for Bayern... till 28' when Bayern's attack starts attack after attack is stopped by Man.U...chance after chance is missed...sure Bayern would have missed Roben's services today....again Man.U attack and then Bayern attack and the half finishes....

Second half starts and Bayern comes all guns blazing still stopped by Man.U again and again until the 77'when Ribery 'The Scarface' strikes with a deflection from Rooney or Scholes with a free kick. Man.U defend still to stop Bayern until Olic has the last say in the 92'.....the whole team summed up for Roben's loss... please also put ur hands for Van de Saar for his saves... a lot of saves...he is one man who made Bayern work hard today and fight it out.....

Wat A Match.....

On the other side Lyon 3 Bordeaux 1

until next time this is gops.....
