The moment drogba was given red card, all was over for me. So van der sar saved nothing, c simple fact.Terry didnt have to take the penalty kick if drogba was still there.
Actually when the first goal was in, chelsea had lost the match then and there.essiens error and the drogba foul show off after the goal, shows how gud the morale of chealsea was. But they were lucky that they got the lampard equalizer.then settled down with the pitch. And in the second half were at their attacking best.Remember a gud all round performance is always a worthy win, yesterdays match does not fit this category.

All set for a thriller on May 21, 2008.













The best team of this UEFA season lost the title .
The best team on the finals match encounter won the title.
Chelsea lost and Manchester United took the Champions League Title.

Christiano Ronaldo with a header gave Manchester Utd the lead. This was followed by equalizer by lampard. At half time the scores were levelled.

Second half is of mixed fortunes for both teams. Chelsea created more chances. Unlucky, that chelsea couldnt convert those chances into goals.Wonderful sneak through Manchester United defence, but ball hits the goal posts missing the goal. Finally missing in the penalities. Manchester United struggled with their defence, but still kept the fight going, preventing chelsea from taking goal advantage and took the title with the van der sar brilliant save in the penalties.

Its all over for chelsea in the MOSCOW 2008 Champions League Finals. And Manchester United Celebrate.
